SHIPPING
The prices and weights of all the angels, cherubs, virgins and nativities are set out in the item descriptions.
The weights include the packaging, so you dont need to add in anything on top and we dont charge extra for handling. Our aim is to send your purchases to you cheaply and safely.
All the angels and other pieces are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and, where possible, we use strong polystyrene boxes for addition safety and to reduce weight (and therefore shipping costs)
We will, of course, combine the shipping if you are buying more than one item. If this is the case, send us an offer instead of going through the Buy Now process, so we can recalculate the cheaper shipping cost .

We will ship to most countries in the world where paypal is accepted. All items are sent with a confirmed receipt service
The cost of shipping is payable by the customer and we do include insurance. Shipping US & CANADA
For the US and Canada, we recommend the Spanish Postal
Service. We use if frequently for overseas sales and have found it very effective, although you must add extra time around Christmas. We will be putting the price to the US/Canada on each item during this week. In the meantime, please ask.
For the smaller or urgent items, we can offer the Post Office Priority or Urgent shipping services, DHL or UPS if you are happy to pay the extra charges. Please ask us for a quote if you need this service.
SHIPPING EUROPE
For European and other countries, we recommend the Priority Postal Service. unless it is very urgent, then please contact us for a shipping quote
SHIPPING NATIONAL (SPAIN)
For Spain, you have the choice of either the Spanish Postal Service or MRW or DHL.

Spanish taxes are included and any other taxes payable in your own country are the responsibility of the customer.
GUARNTEE AND RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your your angel, cherub, virgin figurines or nativity set. that is why we painted it!
So If you find that you do not like the item that you purchased within 3 days from receipt, send an email to let us know. A full refund or exchange will be arranged,refunds are processed upon receipt of the item, does not include shipping fees, buyer pays for return shipping.
In the event of breakage or damage during shipping, we need you to inform us as soon as you receive it and let us have full details of the occurrence for the insurers. We will send you a replacement, either within 2/3 days, if we have the piece already painted, or withing 2 to 4 weeks if we have to paint one specially. But either way you will receive your replacement at no charge, of course.
All colours are as close to the original colors in the photographs, but we cannot be responsible for colour variations due to the individual peculiarities of your computer screen!
